ఎస్ వి రంగారావు గారి సత్య హరిశ్చంద్ర చాలా గొప్ప చిత్రం. ఇందులో పద్యాలు హృదయానికి హత్తుకొనేలా ఉంటాయి. ఎస్ వి రంగారావు గారు హరిశ్చంద్ర పాత్ర్రను అద్భుతం పోషించారు. ఇక ఘంటసాల గారి గాత్రాన్ని గురించి మాటలలో చెప్పలేము.
వారి పద్యాలు ఎన్ని మార్లు విన్నా ఇంకా వినాలనే ఉంటుంది. ఇందులోని రేలంగి గారి పాత్ర కూడా చెప్పుకోదగ్గది.
ఎన్ టి ఆర్ కూడా సత్య హరిశ్చంద్ర సినిమాను నటించారు. కానీ ఎస్ వి ఆర్ సినిమాను మించి ఆ చిత్రము లేదు.
